The purpose of the workshop was to develop input and recommendations for the Dean’s Office representing the views of the UI College of Liberal Arts and Sciences staff on the following topics:

• Communication within the college
• Hybrid work arrangements
• Staff contributions to the Strategic Plan and DEI
• Performance reviews

 CLAS staff council and CLAS staff volunteers met on September 16.
